Nicholas is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in finance and law, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the world of private equity. 

Graduating from Queens University with a Bachelor of Commerce Nicholas joined Desjardins Capital Markets as an Investment Banking analyst with a focus on real estate and mergers and acquisitons.

Nicholas then completed law school and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 where he worked in the Commercial Real Estate group at Gardiner Roberts LLP.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and investment, Nicholas  founded Bearksin Financial in 2023, where he leverages his extensive knowledge of finance and law to identify and capitalize on lucrative investment opportunities.
